We Ask that all of our Host, not host for
another league so that they can devote and promote
the Groth of the Canasta Freaks. If you host
another league, you will be dropped from our hosting
staff.
The Freaks Require A Weekly
Tournament Commitment Of:

NOT HOSTING:
Hosts Will No Longer Be Put On
Vacation Status For Not Hosting. After 20 Days They
Will Be Sent An Email From Gratefulred requesting
explanation Why
They Are Not Hosting. Without Response Or a Good
Reason, They Will Be Given 30 Days to
show desire to continue their hosting. If host
has not complied, they will Then Be
Removed As A Host. We Will No Longer Put Hosts On
Vacation Status. A trainee that has not hosted
a tourney within 30 days of their approval, will be
dismissed.
Do not
Move a Tour To A Later Date IF you are unable
to host, For No Show Tds, Or If You Don’t Have
Enough Jumpers. We Delete All Of Them. Do NOT
Remove jumpers. When tour is deleted They Will Receive An Email As To
Why The Tour Was Deleted and thier ladder buxx will
be returned to their account. Please send
email to all hosts, when you are deleting SAME DAY
TOURNEY. In that email, please include the
reason for the deletion, the NAMES of the jumpers
and the Game you are deleting.

Those who hold the office of Administrator
for the Canasta Freaks are ask Not to join another
Canasta Only League. The reason we ask this is
for the purpose that our administrative staff be
focused and devoted only to the advancement and
growth of the Canasta Freaks. Any member or
host can unite with any league they wish to, but if
you hold the position of Adminstrator and the leasue
you join is a Canasta Only league, you will be
demoted to HTD status. We would desire that
ALL staff be concerned with the betterment of our
league.
Once You Have Completed These Five
Steps And Your Trainer Feels You Are Ready. They Will
Assist You In Creating Your First Tournament
For Your First 2 Tourneys You Cannot
Charge An Entry Fee So That Means No Ladder Buxs
Will Be Awarded.
Sometimes A Player Or Other Td Will
Offer to Gift Buxs For The Winner Of Your Tournament.
If They Do Remember To Include This In Your Spam. At
The End Of The Tournament Make Sure The Person
Giving The Gift Knows Who Won, And Thank Them In The
Lobby.
On Your
3rd tourney you may Charge Entry Fee of up to 50 bux,
Award Ladderbuxs And Can Give A Donation. Higher
fees are reserved for special tourneys such as TOC
OR BATTLES etc.

Tourney As Reg Canasta 2500 . Thereafter They May Set Any Game They Know
The Rules 100% that are included in the basic
training keys. A full set of keys will be
given to all new hosts when they complete their 10th
tourney.
We like to offer our freaks variety.
Please make sure you have checked the rules from our
rules page. You may NOT repeat the same game between 8am to
4 pm or 4 pm to midnight. After midnight, you may
set ANYTHING until 8 am.
Once You Have Logged Into The Td
Center Click On Create Tournament-It Will Ask You
Type Of Tournament Select Single Bracket. You Must
Get Special Approval To Do Swiss And Double-Elim. If
You Think You Are Ready To Try One Talk To Your
Trainer who will then refer you to our special
tour trainer Bird4. New hosts may be trained to do
these tourneys after their 20th tour.
Once You Have Selected The Type Of
Tourney It Will Take You To The Calendar Of The
Current Month. The Yellow Number On The Date
Represents The Number Of Tournaments Scheduled For
That Day. Click The Yellow Number Within The Day You
Would Like To Host. To View Future Months, Scroll To
The Bottom And Select The Month And Year You Would
Like To View.
We play 4 player doubles in Beginner Blue Moon on Tuesdays and
Thrursdays from 6 PM onward and on the 2nd and 4
Saturdays per month from 12 PM onward. The
1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays are also set aside for 4
Player from 6 PM onward.

That Day. In Red Next To Times That Are Already
Scheduled, You Will See The Td That Is Hosting In
That Timeslot, The Number Of Rounds, The Number Of

HTD Is To Train New Tds And Help them become
effecient in hosting. We are to encourage them
on their journey. Mistakes will occure from
time to time. We all make them. Our jobs
as HTD's and Admin is to encourage and help fix

We NEVER correct a host in public chat. If
necessary to do so to insure their tourney is run
properly and without delay, you address them only in
IM, . If it is not pertinent to their running
tourney, let their TRAINER know, so they can handle
the situation.
In The Past We Let Some Experienced Tds Run
Tournaments That New Tds Do Not Run Till They Get
Trained, Example Swiss Or 2vs2 Etc, But For Future
New Tds We Will Rule All As New Tds Regardless Of
Their Background In Other Leagues. Refer to TD
guide for procedures on these tourneys.
All New Tds Are To Host
2 Tours With Reg Rules To 2500 2/2 In Fgt No
Exceptions. If their trainer deems they are
ready, they can tthen choose from the 10 tourneys
available in their basic rules keys.
After they have completed 10 tourneys,
they will receive a full set of Canastamacs keys.
We Are Not To Set
Anymore 20 Minutes Or 40 Minutes In Between Rounds,
We Are To Set All Tours 30 Minutes, And Set All
Tours 8 Rounds, It Will Adjust Itself When Tour Is
Closed Depending In Players In (The Only Exception
Is True Swiss) Regardless If Is Tossed To The Curb
Or Double Elim Tours Will Work Just Fine.
All Tds Are Not To Use
